456bd Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document unless the context requires otherwise:

456bd reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed. Any winnings generated by an ineligible Member will be forfeited in full.

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active account on the 456bd platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

When registering an account on 456bd, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false, misleading, or fictitious information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

456bd may, at its sole discretion and at any time, request that a Member complete KYC verification by submitting one or more of the following:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in the Member's name).
• Any additional documentation reasonably required by 456bd for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period specified by 456bd may result in account restrictions, suspension of withdrawals, or permanent account closure. 456bd accepts no liability for losses arising from account restrictions imposed due to incomplete verification.

All financial transactions on the 456bd platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 456bd does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion charges will be applied to BDT transactions made through supported local payment channels.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by 456bd:

• Bonuses are issued in BDT and credited to a separate bonus balance. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Member's account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 456bd staff, support agents, or other Members through any communication channel.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code of any 456bd platform component.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPN, proxy services, or similar technical means to obscure your true location.

456bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 456bd has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Member has breached these Terms & Conditions in any material respect.
• The Member has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• The Member has engaged in or is suspected of engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• The Member's continued use of the platform poses a risk to the integrity of games, the safety of other Members, or the operational security of the 456bd platform.
• The Member is accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions, 456bd reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account, including real-money funds and bonus funds, pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, those funds may be permanently forfeited.

These Terms & Conditions are written in the English language. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version and any translation of these Terms & Conditions into another language, the English-language version shall prevail.
